I booked my cab, driver picked us. I told him that ive to drop my partner at location which is on the way to my destination. He refused. Then we cancelled the cab. Fare showed Rs. *.** on my app and driver said no the cancellation charges are ** rupees to which i showed him my screen. Other second he started abusing me. I was with a girl and he was abusing me to mothers and sisters. Then we left the car in situation. He came out and started slapping and pushing me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
