We have ordered Orthopedic Memory Foam & HR Foam * Inch King Size Mattress by Spincure from Pepperfry Showroom on **th of August.
Promised delivery date was on *nd of September, but it was actually got delivered on *th of September after heavy follow ups.
Like adding salt to the wound, the delivered item as well of poor quality.
The advertised mattress thickness was * inch, but it didn't even cross * inch.
I have promptly registered return request with proper evidence on *th of September, but neither the case manager nor the seller is making even a slightest effort to arrange for return pickup.
My compliant and all efforts went to deaf ears.
Please help me.
I have also attached evidence for a long delay in delivering the faulty item.
