I purchased one product "May * Inches Memory & HR Foam King Size Mattress by Clouddio" from Papperfry on October **th, **** and have been attempting to return this product while filing multiple complaints with the Papperfry customer service team with no success. It has caused me serious back pain, and I have a gaping problem in my spinal nerve. The mattress cost me a lot of money, and it caused a spinal nerve infection in my back. I'm hoping you'll be able to recognize my issue and send back this useless item.
