Pearson Vue - Pearson VUE Exam got finished in 5 minute and result for the exam is failed with score zero

Hello,
Today, I have attempted one exam using Person VUE. My exam got competed in * minutes only. I have followed all the steps as per the policy and suddenly got a popup like * minute is reaming and the exam got finished.
I had a very bad experience with Person VUE. I have tried to contact customer care using live chat but they didn't reply to me. I have waited around * hr but no reply from them.
