Biswabaran Mukherjee filed complaint against Pearson Vue on Jun 27, 2020
This is my first experience with PersonVUE,and this teribilly bad(Sorry to say that.)
I had a scheduled exam today, I followed the same steps as I got instruction and shared all the photos as evidence and showed my room from the laptop camera and the invigilator told me ok. You can continue.
He activated the Microsoft agreement screen, there were two radio buttons "Yes" and "No". Both were DISABLE and there was a timer on top of the screen. I was not able to click the radio button and the timer get off.
After that I was redirected to the certificate page, the score was * and status was FAIL, although a single question did not come into screen.
I told the same to the invigilator(JOHN) and he transferred the call to another one(Gaurav). He was terrible, he was not even responding properly, what is going on. He closed the chat without saying anything.
After that another person opened the chat(Corpus), he checked with the tech team and he finally told me that I am not able to give the exam today anyway and I suppose to get an email, but did not receive any email yet from Microsoft or fror PearsonVue.
I have to do this certification by this quater without fail.
As they don't have the customer support for **x*, PearsonVue should have open and available slot only for Monday to Friday * am to * pm only.
I was not able to take any screen as this is was not allowed.
