Pearson Vue - Pearson Vue Pearson Vue revoked my exam unfairly after completing all the 65 questions

I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint regarding an unfair revocation of my AWS Certification Exam by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Pearson VUE, the exam proctoring provider. Despite strictly following all exam rules, my exam was revoked under false accusations, and I am now being forced to rebook and pay again, causing me significant financial and emotional distress.

Background of the Issue:

I took the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Exam on [Exam Date] at **:** AM IST via Pearson VUE online proctoring.

I completed all answers and was about to submit my exam when the proctor revoked my session, falsely alleging that I was not looking at the screen at that moment.

This decision was taken without any warning or clarification, even though I was fully engaged in the test.

I immediately reached out to AWS Certification Support and Pearson VUE, but instead of fairly reviewing my case, they have refused to reinstate my exam and are asking me to pay again to rebook.

I have requested the exam session video footage to prove my innocence, but Pearson VUE and AWS have denied my request, preventing me from challenging their decision transparently.


Why This is Unfair & Consumer Rights Violation:
