Greetings to you!
i had tried to book a bus ticket on **dec **** via Uttarakhand transport and there payment partner is Paytm, money got deducted from my bank but booking failed.
Last friday i receieved a message from paytm that they had initiated a refund of ****.** to my icici account, i called my bank they told me to ask for refund transaction details from paytm.
i had called Paytm several times, but they failed to provide me transaction ID.
i'm attaching refund screenshot which i received from Paytm.
