PayTM - PayTm Fraud

This incident dates back to **/**/****, when i received a fraud phone regarding Paytm fastTag payment. During this phone call my account was looted of rs, *****. at first the fraudsters made rs. ** payment from my axis bank and SBI debit cards, respectively. After that a transaction of Rs.**'*** was made from my axis bank debit card and rs. **,*** transaction was made from my SBI card. As soon as i received SMS notifications about the transactions, i immediately reported the same to my concerned banks and blocked my debit cards. I even try to notify this to Paytm on helpline number. My paytm account was blocked automatically after this fraud incident. For reporting this, i even visited PAyTm office located in Ludhiana. The police complaint regarding this incident was also lodged. In an account summary, i received on my email from Paytm showed that rs. **,*** is still there in my paytm wallet. I have tried to contact Paytm through calls, e-MAILS, and even their customer service office. there was no resolution my complaint.
