I paid a restaurant bill on march-**-**** at Goa via paytm, amount was ****/- but i got error that not successful but money got deducted from my bank account, i tried again and money got deducted but again error came, so i called paytm customer care and they said you will receive your money in * days, so i paid the bill by cash, now they are not giving my money back, saying money already added in merchant account, i am following up from last * months, no help
