Dear sir/madam,
This is with the reference to the refund not getting reflected on my credit card.
We had booked the tickets using the credit card via paytm. After the cancellation of the tickets we had got that refund on our card on **th march.
However due to covid -**. Irctc had refunded the cancellation charges as well. This was done by irctc on **st march. And paytm had transfered to us on *th april. Its been more than a month we have not yet got that amount.
There were * transactions and total cancellation amount is Rs ****

Kindly look in to this urgently and provide me with the refund at earliest.
