JITIN AGRAWAL filed complaint against PayTM on Aug 24, 2019
Dear Team,
I am a Victim of a fraud happened through PAYTM account ( PAYTM******* ) . There are total three transactions happened on **th July with in ** minutes of time and the money got transferred which is not authorized by me . After this incident , with in no time i mailed to PAYTM Cybercell and I got a mail after *-* days that thay blocked the card . but surprisingly i got another victim's mail on **st july stating that his money also got transferred to the same PAYTM account and day before yesterday i got a whatt app message from third victim that his money also got transferred to the same PAYTM account by fraud call . How it is possible that if the account is blocked then how it is being used by the fraudsters. I have a strong doubt that one or more PAYTM team members are involved and they are continuously cheating innocent peoples .
I request you to please investigate the matter and help us to get our money back .
