Dear Sir/Madam
This is inform you that On **-**-**** i have sent amount of Rs.**,***/- wrongly from BANK OF BARODA credit card to UPI ID of (Antonyraj@icici) using through Paytm rent Sent wrongly that UPI ID after that i complaint to ICICI BANK.They Are informed to that person and got concern letter from the person. as they returned to same which one we sent from Ref No -************ as bank said you received the amount on *.*.**** but still now I'm not received any amount, now i have asked to bank they said we returned the same transaction I'd if you not received you can contact Paytam care, am contact the paytm customer care so many times, they are not respond. Please find the below attachment and kindly do the needful.
