मैंने २४-अगस्त -२०१i में ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से २ जिओफोन को बुक करने की कोशिश की है, लेकिन लेनदेन विफल हो गया है और मेरे खाते से १००० रुपये काट लिए गए हैं और अभी तक प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं। उनके अनुसार मुझे अपना पैसा ३ से १० रुपये के भीतर प्राप्त करना होगा। कटौती के लेन-देन के लगाव को देखें। मैंने सब कुछ किया है, उन्होंने (jiocare) कहा, लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ। कृपया आवश्यक कार्रवाई करें ताकि मुझे मेरा पैसा जल्द से जल्द प्राप्त हो।
