Respected sir, I was recharge my mob No on ** Feb **** through internet banking for rupees ***/- amount has been deducted from my account. But recharge not yet done. The same intimated to SBI costomer care. He intimated that amount ***/- successfully debited from your account and successfully credited to merchant account so that you are approach to Reliance Jio.
Request refund my debited amount or recharge the same amount.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
