I have * orders with swiggy in a span of ** days wherein the payment was processed at the google pay end but on the swiggy app it says transaction failed. I have contacted swiggy thrice about this, the first * reps promised me that i would get a refund and the next one ended the chat without saying anything. I contacted my bank and google pay support who say that in this case the payment is not stuck in the gateway but is credited to swiggy. I would like to get a refund for these * transactions.
