My car was booked by a host on zoomcar platform with booking idJPSNIVXMA on ** feb ****. but unfortunately, they got accident of my car and due to major damage its falls under total loss category according to zoomcar. to compensate the loss they offer me a settlement agreement of *.* lakhs on which i agreed and agreement was made on *th April **** in which it was mentioned that the payment will be done immediately after execution of agreement. its * months passed but i have not received any amount of the agreement. I mailed and called so many times to the relationship manager. they always respond me that we have no update, when internal team updates we will update you. I am mentally and financially suffering from * months. please help me to get my settlement amount from zoomcar.
