I booked a self drive car from zoomcar on **/**/** with booking id JPSNJYWEL i went to surat with my family on the car while coming back while i was in surat the car stopped in the middle of the flyover where my family was scared as some was coming out from the bonnet i then raise a breakdown complaint on the zoomcars app and tried to manage a mechanic from nearby authorised maruti showroom then with the help of my family i pushed the car from behind and took it to the kiran maruti suzuki in surat who are the authorised service provider for maruti as it was a maruti suzuki car then they checked the car and they told me that the car was not serviced from a long time which is why there is not a single drop of coolant in the engine which i have a video proof of and then i got a call from zoomcar saying leave the car at a safe place and leave the key inside they will send someone they told me that you can take a cab and they will refund the cab bill upto **** i told their customer executive that it is impossible to get a cab with that price from surat to mumbai which is approximately *** kms they told me that they cannot give more than that so i was accepting it because my family was standing on the road in a different state then he assured me that i will get the refund from my booking amount for the unused hours of the booking from the time of break down. I also told him that i have around **** rs worth of diesel in the car which i have photographic evidence of odometer and *** rs which i recharged in the cars fast tag they told me that fuel and fast tag i have to speak to the host which i did but he is not responding to that then i booked a cab from mahadev travels a local cab company they told me that they will provode me a hand written bill which i called the zoomcar and told them the executive told me its ok the handwritten bill will work while getting refund so i booked the cab and went home and send them all photos with location and bills for refund and now after more than a week still waiting for the refund and yesterday they mailed me that they cannot provide refund of **** cab bill as it is handwritten first i paid **** rupees and they told they will give **** and now they are not replying my emails they dont have a contact number i am frustrated and already suffered a lot because of this even my family was traumatised i just need my refund in full i need justice as a consumer.
