I booked a car in Goa from *th Nov'** till *th Nov'**. Booking Details - JPSNIMGN*. The car was returned, the trip was over, received the refund amount, but have not received the Tax Invoice till date. Have tried to reach out to Zoomcar customer care but there is no number or email id provided. The app and the web-portal both are not helpful to get the Invoice. On the web-portal there is no invoice available. Without the invoice I am not able to claim my expenses and am staring at financial loss.
