I have a chocolate shop in Indore. On *th November via a facebook ad i received a call from a person and he wanted to place an order. He was supposed to send me an amount of ****/- through Google Pay for placing his order but instead he sent me a QR code and told me that as they are from Indian army i first need to verify my account. As soon as I proceeded ****/- got deducted from my account. The current status in Googlepay still showing that the transaction is processing that means it has not reached the person yet. I have contacted my bank hdfc as well as googlepay in this past month but nobody is helping me out in this case. As the transaction is still processing Googlepay can take an initiative in this and can save my money. Or atleast come on a conclusion whether the transaction failed or succeeded.
