Clear Trip - Payment get failed

I booked the flight ticket from Indore to Hyderabad on **-**-**** for the same day flight on Air Asia at **:** Hrs for **:** flight. The payment has been deducted from my credit card and displayed as payment failed in my clear trip account. I called the customer support in the evening on the same day and has been told that the refund will be done in * hrs time. Till now I have made * calls but they are denying to refund my amount saying that the ticket is confirmed. I request you to solve the issue asap.
