- Pathetic service record and no complaint resolution since many days Closed
I've been a subscriber since * years my user ID is "ashish***c". This regarding my service experience since past * months and complaint #******* on My Excitel Portal.
From the past *-* months I've been getting disconnections EVERY SINGLE DAY. Downtime of many hours each day and I'm unable to work from home. I was NEVER compensated for the time lost by your company and I always paid on time despite this.
The session logs in My Excitel portal are filled with LOST SERVICE as termination cause (screenshots attached). The service provider is pushing me to buy fiber service with modem charges of Rs.**** but My Excitel portal shows it should be free upgrade (also attached).Why should I pay more when your current service is really pathetic? I have * trust in the service provided and despite this the provider is shamelessly asking for more money.
I have switched more than * ISPs from ****-**** and never in my life seen such disgusting service from an ISP.
No one is helping me, and now since the past * days the internet is completely down. There is no one coming to check the line or contacting me. There's no reply on My Excitel portal. I'm fed up with this company.
Please escalate this,
*) Either fix my connection and provide me compensation for the downtime OR
*) Upgrade my connection to fiber for free as mentioned on the portal OR
*) Terminate my connection and refund my money for this and next month for which I have already paid.
I have no option but to stop the services from next month onwards. I will stop recharging as there are many other ISPs like ACT Fibernet and Airtel Xstream in my area already providing excellent services with * downtime.
