Makemytrip (india) Pvt. Ltd. - Pathetic hotel experience

The hotel was pathetic and it is a lodge not hotel.

They have not given Breakfast for kid (* years) even though booking mentioned Free Breakfast and it was a clear * adult + * kid of * years.

Their restuarant is not functional and they get package food /tea from somewhere outside. While giving Breakfast they show adamancy saying food per person what they will bring from outside is only Rs. ***/- and asked for money if you do not want their standard packet. There is menu for breakfast, you take what they give or leave.

There is only one staff at front office who was overall dealing and was absolutely useless and not at all polite and was not giving any solution. When I said I want to talk to manager he says manager is hernia patient and comes only at **a.m. The everything the guys says do what you can do and their attitude is like their way highway.

Room was full of spiders, telephone did not mention where to dial, no directory in room so I can not figure out whom to reach, no food menu in room, broken remote of Ac & TV, **/* dripping water in bathroom. I have shared photos of all these in */* separate mails.

Litteraly if I need something, I have to go out stand and follow up.

I asked for tea in the morning and after * follow ups, they say no milk and milk will come at * A.M.
