We booked two packages into * docket via Gati to be transferred from Noida to Pune. Assured delivery date - **th July ****, on which of course we didn't receive our packages. However on **th July, we received only * package and for the other, they told that it has been misplaced in Noida warehouse it will reconnect to Pune on priority. Since **th July we are doing multiple follow-ups and getting the below answer every time we ask for an update.

But the irony is they are not even able to connect * packet to Pune on priority for which multiple escalations is going on. The best part is on **rd July, they told us that it has been misrouted on Bangalore. I mean how? Aren't their executive not educated enough to read or understand the destination written on the docket. Even for this mistake, they are not even able to connect it to Pune. There Manager "Vijayanta", for * days she is lying to us that the packet will be connected by eod every time.
Pathetic service and un-trained customer service! Please if you care about your belonging don't book it via Gati.
Pay some little more amount to bluedart/DTDC, at least you will get your stuff on time safely with much mental humiliation.
