Hi, this is manish. I have booked a honda scooty through gati on ** Jul ** at Visakhapatnam and sent it to my wife in mangalore and when she received it on ** Jul ** it was damaged. The brake was broken and the tail lamp was also broken. I am sharing the pictures of the damage. Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
