Dear Sir, I had booked a shipment from Trivandrum to delhi vide docket number ********* Dated ** Nov ****. Which was delivered to me at Delhi on ** Oct ** in damage condition.. The shipment was insured worth Rs *****/- by Gati itself.. All the procedure is done in appropriate procedure by me for claim but again and again delay in my claim process by Gati Kwe..
