Myntra.com - Partial shipment missing item

Order no.: *******-*******-******* Ordered Aurelia yellow off white suit from Myntra. On ** Jan received courier. package has came with only yellow kurta... The inner white,pant and dupatta were missing.. immediately within **min of receiving courier I called customer service and raised complaint. They assured of resolving issue...after sending mails and calls ..I just got response as it's delivered in seal package so their logistics team confirmed. I complained here of missing item...and they just declined my return request with some false investigation... they didn't accepted their mistake.. cheated customer by only sending outer kurta in the name of suit.... Customer has to go through so much to convince and convey them.. I lost **** rupees of my hard earned money for their mistake.
