I have ordered one item from Myntra, but it was not delivered to me, though I got notification of order status - delivered. I had raise issue to the help center. They asked me to wait till *th of March, so they can investigate it. After that they closed my issue. I've reopen it but, they close it once again. I had also tried to talk with Customer care person, but nothing has been happen.
Delivery person did not call me to receive parcel, not come to our building that day. Neither he delivered order to my neighbor.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
