This booking was done by daughter Ms. Purvai Kumar via her account on behalf of my wife and self.
Going through the accounts I am unable to trace the refund from your end into my daughter’s account. Indigo has already refunded to you.
Kindly check and revert the status of the refund.

Can you please confirm that the unused / cancelled journey [CMB-MAA] part of the mentioned PNR is refunded.
If so then do send a confirmatory email to this effect and the amount refunded. I am unable to locate the transaction at my end.
However, it can be an error on my part, my inability to located the transaction thus please send a tracer of the refund.
