On **th July **** I booked a cab.the driver refused to come as payment option was online he said u cancel it and rebook it with cash option and as I am the only one available here so it will come to me only.i did the same booked with cash option.we completed our trip. Now über deducted money from my credits. And the driver was arguing that I don’t know but I need cash as I earlier told you. So I had to paid him cash. He said don’t worry sir your money is safe you will get a refund. Now über is saying that the transaction is out of our system so we can not provide a refund.
