Manoj filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Sep 5, 2023
On ** August ****, I have booked a room in K K lodge, kalady, kerala for my staff Mr. Sudheesh via booking.com. Later I received a mail from Oyo rooms that the rooms in KK lodge is filling fast hence i have to pay Rs ***. Hence I paid the amount via PhonePe.
But upon reaching Hotel, my saff was refused to check in at hotel by property manager. He told that the hotel have no partnership with Oyo and since it was mid night i was forced to pay rs *** for room by cash to manager. later I contacted owner of the Lodge and got clarified that Oyo has no business with K K lodge. I immediatly made a complaint with Oyo custmomer care and got a reply that they will enquire and solve it within * days. Since no refund was made i contacted the customer care for refund but they refused. I have got all the relevent documents and also owner of KK lodge has told me he will stand with me.
This is just cheating customers and i came top kmow from KK lodge that this is frequently happening.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
