OYO Rooms - Paid full money but stayed only for 15 minutes

I checked into Day Inn Oyo Room Chennai on *rd April in Chennai (ID ZOVT****). The hotel and the room nowhere close to the image and reviews that were put on OYO. The staff was unruly and fearing my life I checked out within ** minutes. The unruly staff, however, made me pay the full amount of Rs **** for the * rooms for the duration of * days that I had booked in. I paid the money and attaching the Invoice and the Check-in details of the same. However, when I called the OYO customer care they keep telling me that there was a no-show and despite them seeing the invoice copy on their system they keep telling me that the property has put a no-show on my booking. I have called at least ** times and every time I get the same answer that a senior manager will call me back. I got an email from Mr Arijit from escalation team (who I have marked on the email) asking for a copy of the invoice. But nothing has moved a post that mail.
Kindly let me know why I am being dragged into this mess and when I will get my full refund from Oyon Rooms.
