Masoom Wahid filed complaint against Goibibio on Sep 1, 2020
I book a flight ticket of booking id GOFLD***************, and it is round trip from Jaipur- Delhi- Patna on **st July and Patna- Delhi- Jaipur on *th August and PNR is L*F*RI and XYL*MP respectively. I would like to say that the above mentioned flight is cancelled by airlines due to operational activity. Airlines refund my total amount to goibibo. when i call to Spicejet regarding my refund they clearly said that we already refund total ticket amount to middle agency which is goibibo, but when i want to reach out goibibo for the refund purpose their is no E-mail address, contact details for customer support provided by them and even when i follow their online refund procedure , it showing technical error constantly. Due to their unprofessional behavior i am mentally harassed and as we know pandemic is going on and middle class person like me already harassed with economic crisis , So i need my money back and also a good compensation amount from Goibibo. So i am requesting to you please look into the matter as early as possible and looking forward for your quick action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
