We placed order to Jio mart on ** July **** with Order Number *****************A. The packed received intact and hence paid the amount to delivery boy as order in COD category.
After opening the packet, we found that the blank packet of said item; Insight Cosmetics Liner Express Eye Pen *.* gm was not placed in given slot. I took picture and send to joi mart custmoer care. Now Jio mart registered my complaint and misleaded us that we have not paid so no refund can be given. We were shocked to see such a response from a reputed firm.
Please help us to get back my paid money for this item from Jio mart. We ensure that we never purcahse anything from Jio mart in life. It is my last mistake.
