Hello Sir,
I have been using Myntra services from a long time. Recently i faced a problem regarding a return of a product that i bought. I placed the return request, the delivery boy approached me and picked up my order along with the bill. I haven't recieved any message from Myntra that the order has been picked up. I contacted Myntra after this and they told me to wait few days till they can update the progress of return. I waited and then suddenly one day a message popped in my phone that the return request has been cancelled. I called the Myntra executives immediately and asked them about this to which they responded the same again. Now it's been approximately ** days and i haven't recieved any update or refund. So i contacted the Myntra executives again and this time they told me that we investigated the issue and it shows that the order has not been picked up yet and they can't help me in getting my refund.
Being a customer it's not my job to check whether the delivery boy has properly returned it to the sender or not. I have no idea why it's showing that the product has not been returned. I expected Myntra to take customer requests seriously and provide apt solutions for it, which i was denied. Being a customer, i have returned the order properly, and i demand my refund. Now it's your concern to check the things happened in between. Maybe the delivery boy has misplaced it or stole it, or any other mediator.
I am attaching the details of my order as well as the call record of the delivery boy below.
I hope you will look into this matter seriously and help me get my refund back as being a consumer, it's my right.
