Hello,
I’ve waited for the time frame provided for resolution on my complain. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed by the time taken for complain to be addressed and no help or resolution since first contact of complain registered.
Here are details with Issue:
the product "SASSAFRAS Women Olive Green Camouflage Print Bomber Jacket" From Myntra order number ********************* had been rejected by gift recipient but was not returned back to Myntra for refund and marked as delivery.
The tracking incorrectly updated by delivery agent and Myntra has not refunded or fixed the problem.
As per the official emails, time requested by the Myntra team has past long.
Please help file official complain in consumer court for legal help.
