Hello iam ashish singh from lucknow uttarpradesh. I request you that I had packaged Indonesia Bali from MakeMyTrip on * February ****. Whose booking number NL************* and PNR **********.But all kinds of flights have been canceled due to Corona virus across the country. Due to the order given by the government, I had to take the cost of my total five nights package for Rs *****, in which the booking amount of ***** rupees was deposited and ***** rupees had to be deposited before ** March but due to the lokadhon, when I spoke on the customer care of Mammitrip So it was said that you can also cancel travel dates.But when I asked the penalty of cancellation, I was told a penalty of ₹ *****, which means that only ₹ **** will be refunded to me. Hearing this, I got upset and then I talked to him about the date change, then he said that you tell me the date change. When I asked to give in November and December, they told me that ₹ ****** more will have to be given in your current package and next date change.Then you will be able to make your journey. I was stunned to hear that I had not received any kind of flight ticket and all the customers will be refunded at no charge as per the order given by the Government of India. His airline, which was going on trips between **march to ** April, will refund the entire money and will not charge any cancellation.Please help me and please give me all my money back.
