I ordered sweets from anand sweets worth Rs**** via Swiggy(Order#***********). Paid the amount via online before delivering.But they delivered sweets worth *** only and bill provided by delivery boy was only showing Rs ***. Even after following up with them for multiple times, Swiggy was not ready reimburse the money and gave me a one time usable coupon worth Rs ***.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
