Niyati filed complaint against Ajio.com on Jun 23, 2020
I received the product yesterday which was completely different from what I ordered so I requested for return . The delivery person came to pick up the product today but refused to pick up the product because he was not able to match EAN number. And they are not replying to my emails and previous emails as well instead they are sending some automated response saying their services are impacted because of lockdown.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
