I ordered realme * phone from realme store on *st october ****
The phone is deliverd on * th october
I noticed that the front camera is not working....i went to near realme service station.
They checked the phone and rectified that the phone front camera is not working and gave me doa certificate and the damaged phone in a neat package.
I am contacting relame services from the next day onwards.
All so many messages , calls and emails, they arranged tp pick my damaged phone on **st october.
But the new phone doesnt delivered.
The took my money and the damaged phone .
Its been one month since i first order my phone .
But my problem is not rectified.
