Flipkart - Package not delivered

I ordered iphone XR on **th October **** the seller has not yet packed it yet.
Order Id : OD****************** ( for iPhone XR)
I have called them number of times but the employee who were on calls always say that they are contacting seller but from their side there is no response. Promised delivery date of Product is **th October ****. But they continuosly extend the delivery date the ladt delivery date that was given to me was **th October ****, but from then they say that they have raised an issue to concern team but no contacts from the concern teams.
Today i called them for my product they said they will tell me by **th October ****, Daily day by day they extend the date finally after that when i said that i will complaint against you in consumer court they are pressurizing me not to complaint against them. They just say we will check back and tell but after no response and dilivery date also gone i haven't get the phone. So i want a Solution as early as possible. They say that you cancel the product and order a new one how can i cancel and get a new product because the product that i have ordered was from big billion days sale how can i get that phone on that price ?? Now the Phone Price has been Hicked to ***** so how can i get that??
