Regarding the consignment carrying Lr.No – **********, is yet to receive at our end in Cochin. When tracked online the consignment shows the parcel is still at Bangalore from **-**-****..
The package still lying at their Bangalore office and no response for my mails from them. Contact numbers are not in use.. No local support at Kochi. The material was booked on **-**-**** by the shipper and not yet delivered, complete amount was transferred to the shipper which was around *.*Lakhs INR.
Worst thing is, there is no customer care support neither through mail nor phone call.. Local office people at Kochi also not providing informations regarding this...
