I made an prepaid order on **th August ****, for apple iphone xr which cost me rupees *****. The expected delivery date is **th August, but today its *th of September and the product is not delivered. I am communicating with flipkart customer support on daily basis from * September but yet no resolution is came out which compel me to to write this complaint.
Every time i talked with them they are always end up with saying that they raising complaint and raising complaint priority thats it. I have ordered this phone to Gurgaon Address but the product is first shipped to Gurgaon then it goes to Nagpur without any reason and then it goes to mumbai. I mean seriously they are sending my product across India expect my loacation. From Last two day the product is showing in Gurgaon but still they are delivering it. And most disastrous thing is that one executive is advising me to cancel the order.So please I am requesting you to look into this matter and resolve this as soon as possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
