Igp.com - Package not delivered

I ordered a birthday gift for my husband through igp.com yesterday (**/**/**). I opted the same day delivery and everything including the payment is done. After that I received the order number and their whatsapp message. I waited the full day in hope of receiving the gift on time. But there is no update after that. I mailed them and even tried on their customer care number. They didn't reply. While tracking status still remained request processing. Today morning when I checked status changed to order cancelled. Who cancelled the order.. I don't know. Atleast they can inform us if it can't be delivered. There is no communication regarding anything and none of the contacting methods are working. I need a refund now and don't know where to address it. I simply wasted my time and money on this. Not at all recommending this site.. worst experience ever. I must get my money back..
