Hi Team
I order Rakhi with same day delivery excess payment but it’s been around a month and package not delivered, I tried to get help from igp customer support over call and email but no resolution provided .
I need strict action , full refund, and mental harassment compensation.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
