Igp.com - Product not delivered but marked as delivered

I ordered on **th May **** from Igp.com. A mother's day gift for my mother. I ordered one love mug and one personalized acrylic photo frame and i selected the delivery date as **th May (mother's day). On **th They delivered a box which has written on it - * love mug and one personalized acrylic photo frame, but when the package was opened there was just the love mug. There wasn't any trace of the personalized acrylic photo frame which cost me *** Rs. Still Igp.com marked it as delivered. And after calling and mailing them all details there is no help from there side. They ruined my special day with my mother. They are scammers. And they proudly rip off our money and nothing happens. No solution is given. I want to take strict action against this.
