I ordered two item on ** June, **** from Shein.com which was a prepaid transaction. They are neither updating the tracking details nor replying to the communication channel i.e. call, mails etc.
I need to cancel the items and want my refund. I tried to call them many time after few minutes of waiting, they were disconnected the calls. They are not responding to my emails too.
Please do file a complaint against the site and needed my refund from them ASAP.
