I have ordered essential item ( Groceries) from flipkart. I supposed get yesterday slot from *.**pm to **.**pm. My package was not arrived, When I contacted to Flipkart Support team Vide Order OD******************. Theygiven Assured you can get your order on time. But order was still not received. I had converstation yestarday evern to till midnight **.**pm . My issue was not resloved, Again today I had discussed with them, they again postpond issue upto **th April,**. I ordered groceries which is need very urgent basic. Due covid-** , I will not able to go outside, that is the reason. I have ordered only paid the advance payment through debit card of Rs. ****/- on **.**.****. When I ask them, if not able delivery the items, then cancel the order and process my refund. Their customer care executive denied to refund. I need my order immediately either refund the my money immediately.
