Amazon.in - Package not delivered

I am writing in regard to my order Do Bhai Red Slider which was ordered on Nov **th on Amazon and shows delivered on Nov **th but has not been delivered yet. I have been constantly following up on that with the support team and it is of not much help.
I called upon **th itself and it was informed by one of your executives that it is some system glitch due to which it shows delivered and the item would be delivered to me on **th. When I followed back on **th they asked me to wait till **th. Today, when I followed back the executive started asking me that the item already shows signed and I told him if I would have received it I would have not been following up. He told me that I don't know how to talk. I am calling * times to follow up on an item that is prepaid and I have not received it and every time an executive runs me through stupid questions again and again.
Please help!
