Placed an order one on **/**/****. It's shipped via Ecom express and I got a message on **/**/**** for out for delivery. Product is not yet delivered but I got the message like the product has been delivered on **/**/**** and customer care told me to wait. My shipment number is **********. It's too late please help me. Flipkart customer care person time pass with me. I call them approx * times they told me we have escalated your issue to the concerned team but no response by Flipkart. Please help me.
