Hello Voxya,
I have to file a complaint against Flipkart to get compensation for the mental harassments they are giving right now.
Background:
I have booked the Tricycle on **th March for my niece who is * year old to gift on her birthday. I have received the damaged product on **th March and i even checked with seller for the availability of the spare parts. They told that spare parts is not there so i decided to return the product for replacement.
I have raised replacement on **th of March. Even while picking up the damaged product also they have made me to call the customer support for more than * times. Since Courier service cancelled my return since i was not available on the day when they called for pickup due to emergency work.
Finally checking with Supervisors in flipkart they have again reschedule the pickup of damaged product on **th March.
My replacement product should have been delivered on Apr **th but still now i haven't received my product.
I have literally frustrated with the flipkart service. I have called more than **+ times to flipkart service and issue not resolved. My time is wasting like anything due to flipkart.
The replacement product reached nearest hub on **th March only despite of this also i didn't received my product. Even they i wasn't receiving call from delivery agent, i will receive a message stating Your flipkart order could not be delivered today and we shall attempt this delivery tomorrow. Even they are giving reason as i was not available to receive the product.
I need compensation for the mental harassments.
